UK RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders placed via our website only, giving you peace of mind when trying Snatched. If you’re not satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must not show excessive wear or damage. All original packaging elements, including inserts, must be undamaged and included. If any packaging is missing or damaged, a deduction will be made from your refund to cover replacement costs.

To start a return, please contact us or login to your account, select your order and open a return.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

After processing your return request you will need to return the item to us using either your own postal method. Once your return has been received and inspected, it will be processed for a refund to your original payment method

ADDITIONAL DETAILS ON REFUNDS

After processing, refunds take 3-5 business days to appear on your online bank statement.

Orders purchased using a gift card will be refunded back to the original gift card.
